  Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and quick to order in anything they didn't have.

  The selection is fantastic! They even have chinchilla food & supplies, which I couldn't get in this town for eons. It's sure nice not to have to drive to Red Deer or Olds just to get hay, pellets, and dust! And they carry these banana treats that my husky is just fanatic about. My old dog, an elderly poodle, just loved their soft lamb bites.

  But the best part? The DIY dog wash! It's so nice to wash my puppy here and not have to spend an afternoon scrubbing thick husky hair out of the tub and plucking them out of the drain! I just LOVE it!

  Tried calling during regular business hours and no one ever picks up the phone. We live outside of town and need to know if they have product in so we dont drive 30 minutes to find out they are out of stock for the day. I dont recomend giving them your buiness!
